The Constitution of the Brindabella Cricket Club Inc vests, subject to some minor qualifications, the power to manage the affairs of the Club in the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee consists of the office-bearers of the Club, each of whom is elected by the Club in accordance with the Constitution.
The Constitution provides for the following office-bearers of the Club:
 (a)the President; |
(b)the Vice President; |
(c)the Treasurer; and |
(d)the Secretary. |
The Constitution allows a person to hold a maximum of two offices (except for the office of President) at any one time. The Constitution provides that the President is also the Public Officer of the Club, for the purposes of the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (ACT).
The officer-bearers of the Club were elected in September 2009, in accordance with the Constitution. The current office-bearers of the Club are:
